Email hello@rankzapseo.com from the address associated with your InfiniteRanks account. Put “InfiniteRanks privacy request” in the subject. Tell us whether you want access, correction, export, deletion or information about processing, and identify the relevant workspace.
Verification and shared workspaces
We verify your identity and authority before providing or deleting information. Organization owners or another authorized representative must approve requests concerning shared client data. One member cannot authorize disclosure of another member’s personal information or erase a customer’s workspace without permission.
We ask only for verification information necessary for the request. Do not send government identity documents, credentials, payment details or a copy of the sensitive dataset in the initial email.
What happens next
We assess the request and respond within the period required by applicable law. We explain any necessary clarification, applicable exception or retention requirement. Available product exports can help you obtain your content sooner; they may not include every category of account or security record.
Deletion from active systems is distinct from expiring backups, supplier records subject to independent retention, revoking Google access and ending a server session. We will explain the relevant scope rather than claim that signing out erases all saved content. Billing is currently off.
