Who is responsible

InfiniteRanks is operated by Haseeb Iqbal, trading as I Webs Design (sole proprietor), House # 116-Dc, ArvoSol Technologies, 2nd floor, D Block, Garden Town Phase III, Sialkot Road, Gujranwala 52250, Punjab, Pakistan. We are responsible for account and visitor information we use to operate the service. When you upload personal information about your own clients, you remain responsible for deciding whether and why it should be processed.

Information we process

• Account identity: Firebase account identifier, name, email, email-verification status and authentication records for Google or email/password sign-in. Firebase handles passwords; they are not stored in our workspace database. Google and Firebase may also process your Google profile image. Our workspace database stores the identity details needed for membership and organization access.
• Workspace material: websites, brand names, competitor names, prompts, tags, settings, saved answers, citations, actions, uploaded documents, article drafts, revisions and page reviews you provide or create.
• Service records: request and error information, network and device information available to our hosting and authentication providers, timestamps, usage limits and supplier-cost records needed for security, reliability and accounting.
• Support correspondence and information you choose to include in a request. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, API secrets or sensitive personal information in prompts or support messages.

Why we use information

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the service relationship for requested features, legitimate interests for proportionate security and service administration, consent for optional activities requiring consent, and applicable legal obligations.

• Provide sign-in, workspace access, saved evidence, reports and the content workflows you request.
• Process prompts and content through the AI and search connections selected for a feature.
• Enforce membership, usage allowances, duplicate protection and abuse controls; investigate service problems.
• Respond to support and privacy requests, maintain necessary records and comply with applicable law.

Google sign-in and Google user data

Google sign-in requests basic identity information to authenticate you. InfiniteRanks does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, Search Console or Analytics through this sign-in flow. Signing in does not authorize us to read those services.

We use Google identity information for authentication, membership, organization administration, support and service security. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Google identity fields are not intentionally included in AI-generation or tracking payloads. If you enter personal information into a prompt or document, that submitted content may be transmitted as described below.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access by people is limited to service support you request, security investigations, legal obligations, or other access permitted by that policy.

You can sign out in workspace settings and remove InfiniteRanks access through your Google account’s third-party connections page. Revoking Google access is separate from requesting deletion of saved workspace content or an existing server session; contact us for account deletion or suspected unauthorized access.

AI requests, page research and uploads

An AI collection or writing request can transmit your prompt, brand names, selected evidence and supplied page or document content to the configured search provider, AI gateway and selected model provider. Providers can return inaccurate, incomplete or personal information; review saved results before sharing them.

Public-page research retrieves the address you submit. It does not use your private website login cookies. PDF and DOCX extraction takes place in the browser; content you confirm and save, or choose to use in an AI rewrite, becomes workspace material and can be processed by our server and the selected provider.

We do not train our own general-purpose models on your workspace content. Third-party processing, retention and model-use terms depend on the provider and route used. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal data without first checking the applicable provider terms and any processing agreement your organization requires.

Providers and disclosures

Google/Firebase handles authentication and the authentication helper domain; Vercel hosts the application; Neon provides PostgreSQL database services; enabled DataForSEO, Brave and OpenRouter connections process the relevant search or AI requests. OpenRouter or another collection supplier may route a request to the model provider selected for that task. See our provider directory for purposes and links.

We may disclose necessary information for legal obligations, fraud or security investigations, or protecting people and the service. A business transfer would require appropriate notices and safeguards. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Billing is currently off. We do not collect payment-card details or initiate a subscription charge in the present trial. Any future checkout and its payment provider will be disclosed before payment is enabled.

Storage, international processing and retention

The operator is based in Pakistan and uses international infrastructure and AI providers. Your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and where a selected supplier operates. Hosting and database regions and supplier arrangements can change; contact us for the arrangements relevant to your workspace. Do not assume a particular data-residency region or an executed international-transfer agreement unless we have confirmed it in writing.

Account and workspace records are retained while needed to provide the service and resolve security, cost-accounting or support issues. You may request deletion or an export. We verify authority and remove or anonymize information no longer needed, subject to legal requirements, dispute records and necessary security records. Backup copies may persist through their rotation and are not a substitute for active workspace access. We do not promise immediate deletion from every independent AI supplier’s systems.

Cookies and preferences

We use a secure, HTTP-only authentication cookie and browser storage for workspace selection, sample-demo state and temporary invitation handling. The current application does not load an optional advertising or analytics SDK. Google’s own sign-in pages and our infrastructure suppliers may use their own necessary technologies. Your choices and rights

You can edit workspace settings and content for which you have permission, sign out, use available exports, and contact us for access, correction, export or deletion requests. Use the email associated with your account, identify the workspace, and do not send identity documents unless we specifically establish a secure and necessary verification process.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, receive portable information or complain to a relevant authority. We handle verified requests within the periods required by applicable law. We do not penalize people for exercising their privacy rights. Organization administrators control shared workspaces; a request from one member cannot authorize deletion of another customer’s data.

Children, updates and contact

InfiniteRanks is a business service intended for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed at children. Tell us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.

We update this policy when relevant practices change and show the revision date. Material changes to Google-data use require appropriate notice and any consent required before the new use begins.
