The service and operator
These terms govern InfiniteRanks, provided by Haseeb Iqbal, trading as I Webs Design (sole proprietor), House # 116-Dc, ArvoSol Technologies, 2nd floor, D Block, Garden Town Phase III, Sialkot Road, Gujranwala 52250, Punjab, Pakistan. InfiniteRanks helps businesses inspect AI-answer visibility, citations and content opportunities. Separate design, marketing or consulting work is not included. Read these terms before using the service; contact us if you cannot agree to them.
Eligibility and account responsibility
- You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any organization or client whose information you submit.
- Use an accurate Google identity and protect your Google account. You are responsible for authorized users, organization roles and content supplied through your workspace.
- Do not share access outside the people authorized by your organization. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Permitted use and third-party research
Use the service lawfully and within the permissions, limits and provider terms applicable to a feature. Public competitor research does not grant permission to copy a competitor’s content, bypass restrictions or collect private information. Only submit documents and content you have the right to process. Our Acceptable use policy forms part of these terms.
Collection and content generation can consume supplier usage allowances. Review the platforms, prompt count, quote and confirmation shown before a paid supplier operation. Saving setup alone does not initiate a paid baseline. Do not attempt to bypass allowances or duplicate-request safeguards.
Your material and our software
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You grant us permission to store, process, transmit to the configured providers and display that material as necessary to perform the service actions you request. This permission is limited by the privacy policy and any processing terms agreed with you.
Our software, branding and documentation remain ours or our licensors’. You receive permission to use the service, not ownership of its code or a right to resell access. Reports and drafts may be used for your business or clients subject to your rights in their inputs and relevant provider terms. AI-generated output may not be unique or eligible for exclusive copyright protection.
AI results require review
AI answers, summaries, rewrites and draft articles may be inaccurate, biased, incomplete or outdated. Review factual claims, citations, legal statements, originality and suitability before publishing or acting on any output.
Visibility measures a particular set of saved questions and eligible API captures. It is not a promise about what every consumer assistant will say, a guaranteed recommendation, a search ranking, or a promise of traffic or revenue. Missing captures and incomplete citations are not proof of absence. Scores from the writer or optimizer are internal checks, not independent certifications or measured ranking improvements.
You decide whether to accept a rewrite, export or publish content. InfiniteRanks does not obtain ownership of a website or permission to change it merely because its address is added to a workspace.
Solo trial, prices and billing
New accounts receive a 7-day Solo trial with one workspace and ten saved prompts. The trial starts at first successful sign-in, does not restart on subsequent sign-ins and has a limited shared supplier allowance. At expiry, saved results remain available to view and export; new writes and collection stop. Billing is off. Published prices and allowances are plan previews, not an active checkout or automatic subscription. No card is required to complete onboarding. A trial usage allowance is an operating limit, not stored money or a promise of unlimited supplier access.
If paid plans are introduced, the price, currency, taxes, renewal interval, cancellation method, usage allowances and applicable refund terms must be shown before you authorize payment. We will not turn an existing trial into an automatically charged subscription without that authorization. The billing and refunds policy describes the current position.
Availability and changes
The service depends on Google authentication, cloud infrastructure and external search and AI suppliers. Features may be interrupted, changed or rate limited. The trial has no contractual uptime guarantee. Maintain your own copies of material you need.
We may update features and these terms. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated before they apply where practicable and as required by law. Changes do not authorize a new use of personal information without the required notice and consent.
Suspension, closing an account and deletion
You may stop using the service and request an export or deletion through the contact details below. Shared-workspace requests require appropriate authority. Revoking Google access and deleting an account are separate actions.
We may suspend access to address abuse, a security incident, unlawful activity or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow it to be addressed. Retention and deletion follow the privacy policy and any separate agreement.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the trial is provided as available without a warranty that the software, supplier results or AI output will meet a particular purpose. Nothing excludes a mandatory statutory right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for InfiniteRanks in the preceding twelve months, and we are not responsible for indirect business losses or decisions made in reliance on unreviewed AI output. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable liability.
Law, disputes and contact
The laws of Pakistan apply, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Gujranwala, Pakistan, except where mandatory law gives you another forum. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
These terms, the privacy policy, acceptable use policy, billing policy and any separately agreed written terms describe the service relationship. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
