Scope and roles
For account administration and service security, Haseeb Iqbal, trading as I Webs Design (sole proprietor) is responsible for the purposes described in the privacy policy. For personal information you supply about clients or other people, you decide the lawful purpose and must have permission to use InfiniteRanks and the selected suppliers. Where we process that information only to provide requested workspace features, we act on your instructions.
This page is a processing overview and a route to request a DPA. It is not a claim of certification, an executed customer-specific agreement, or evidence that international-transfer clauses have already been signed.
Requested processing
- Purpose: authenticated workspace access, AI visibility collection, citation analysis, reporting, content drafting and page review selected by the customer.
- Material: customer-supplied business information, website content, documents, prompts, generated answers and saved work products. Personal information can be present if a customer includes it.
- People: account users and any client contacts, authors or other people identified in submitted material.
- Duration: while needed for the requested service and relevant retention, deletion, security or legal obligations described in the privacy policy.
- Excluded material: sensitive personal information and regulated datasets requiring special arrangements unless expressly agreed in writing beforehand.
Instructions, access and assistance
Your workspace configuration, submitted content, approved generation requests and verified support instructions identify the processing you request. We check membership and permissions before allowing access to shared workspace material. Access to production credentials is confined to server-side configuration.
We can help with verified export, correction and deletion requests, security concerns and questions about supplier routes. An administrator must establish authority to act for a shared workspace. We will discuss confidentiality, incident assistance, audit information and deletion requirements in the applicable written agreement.
Providers and international transfers
Review the provider directory and the selected AI supplier terms before uploading client personal information. The operator and infrastructure providers can process information across borders. A particular residency location, retention guarantee, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or UK transfer addendum must be confirmed in the relevant agreement; this page does not assert that those arrangements are already in place.
Request a processing agreement
Email us from your account address with your organization’s legal name, the workspace, controller/processor role, categories of personal information, affected countries, required retention and any transfer or contractual requirements. Do not include the personal dataset itself. Complete the required agreement and supplier review before submitting information that depends on it.
