Providers and subprocessors

How to read this list

A provider receives the information needed for the feature it supplies. AI routes depend on the connection and model selected for a request. Not every provider receives every workspace’s content. This list does not promise a particular processing country or confirm that a customer-specific data-processing agreement has been executed.

Infrastructure and identity

• Google / Firebase Authentication and Firebase Hosting: Google identity, authentication tokens, sign-in metadata and the custom authentication-domain helper.
• Vercel: application hosting, request routing, runtime processing and necessary operational logs.
• Neon: PostgreSQL storage for account memberships, workspaces, evidence, content and service records.

Search and AI requests

• DataForSEO: configured search-result, AI-answer and related collection requests, including prompts, locale and task parameters.
• Brave: configured search or answer previews, including submitted queries and applicable request parameters.
• OpenRouter: configured content-generation or rewrite requests and routing to the selected downstream model provider. Inputs can include briefs, page text, selected citations and instructions.
• Downstream model providers: the provider selected for the collection or content task can process the requested prompt and content through a gateway or collector. The returned model and provider information, when available, identifies the relevant route.

Payments and optional services

Billing is off. The presence of Paddle integration code does not mean an active customer checkout or a payment-card collection flow is enabled. A payment provider will be disclosed before billing starts. Optional suppliers will be added to this directory when they are introduced.

Google/Firebase, Vercel, Neon, DataForSEO, Brave and OpenRouter publish their own privacy and service terms. Ask us for the provider and processing arrangements applicable to your workspace before submitting information subject to specific residency or contractual requirements.

We update this page as the service changes. If we agree a customer-specific DPA, the notice and objection arrangements in that agreement apply.
